Well, we are finally resident on board. We moved out of the house and onto the boat last weekend, and Monday 6th was our first night on board of our big trip.
The boat has been very chaotic over the last week as we have found places for a mountain of stuff, reprioritised, come up with inventive solutions to fit more stuff and attended to a long list of jobs. We are finally nearly ready to go sailing, but have a couple of jobs to do later in the week before we head off for good, so will have a couple of days in the Solent as a shake down, get the last jobs completed, and finally head off next weekend.
